Job Description Do you wish you were employed at a well-respected and expanding organization as an Accounting Assistant? A well-known company in the Richmond, Virginia area is looking for temporary help in their Accounting department. This individual will be responsible for handling filing and paperwork for insurance certificates, in addition to working with customers directly.


Skills/Experience • 1 year of experience in Banking industry • At least 1 year of fraud, or at least 1 year of investigative experience, or at least 1 year of compliance experience

• Detail-oriented • Able to work a fast paced, technology oriented, and ever changing environment • Excellent tone and grammar in writing and verbally • Exceptional listening, questioning and call control techniques • Maintain a positive relationship between applicants 

• Present information in a way that reflects positively upon the client 

• Stay abreast of regulation changes • Ensure operational excellence and diligence in handling customer nonpublic information • Identify and use appropriate resources • Initiate action to correct telephone, system or operating routine deficiencies • Develop and propose methods to improve process



Job Requirements

Basic Requirements: - 1 year Banking Experience 


 - Microsoft Excel experience - Excellent data entry skills - AA or BS/BA in Accounting or related field preferred - HS Diploma required All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States.
