Job Description:

We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to work for a major financial institution. We are looking for a professional candidate with superior phone and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be pleasant, upbeat, service oriented and bilingual in English and Spanish. We are looking for a reliable candidate with a strong work ethic who is eager to advance his / her career. This is a fast-paced work environment that provides an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation for a career in the financial services industry. 

The Customer Service Representative is required to provide complete and accurate information regarding mortgage financial products and services including but limited to:

  • Account balances, holding and activity
  • Payoff on loans
  • Requests for copies of statements and statement reconciliation
  • Web bill payment
  • Fund transfers
  • Online log-on, passwords reset, navigation and other functionality or trouble shooting

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a must
  • 1+ year working in a call center or 2+ years of customer service experience
  • High School Diploma is a requirement
  • 4 year degree is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Professional demeanor: demonstrating patience, composure, and client service attitude
  • Hours: 9am-6pm
