Operations Specialist 

Global Accounts Payable Service Center Escalation team member is responsible for handling Accounts Payable related inquiries via email and live chat. Inquiries include employee expense reimbursements, procurement, invoicing, payments, and general ledger. Additional tasks include return mail, check copies, and vendor and employee audits. 

Job Requirements

Required Experience: 

•Ability to manage escalated issues with professionalism and sensitivity 

•Ability to manage multiple priorities 

•Must be able to read and write fluently in Portuguese and English. 

•Excellent verbal and written communication 

•Analytical and problem-solving skills. 

•Must be flexible and able to adapt well to change 

Desired Skills: 

•Bachelor's BS/BA 

•Accounts Payable experience
