Customer Service Experience Needed for a Claims Analyst - 1st and 2nd Shift Hours

We are looking for analytical candidates with call center experience, including superior phone and communication skills to work for a major financial institution. We are looking for a reliable candidate with a strong work ethic who is eager to advance his/her career. This is a fast-paced work environment that provides an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation for a career in the financial services industry. The Claims Analyst reviews customer accounts assists with filing fraud and non-fraud claims. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Research and analysis of account activity to assess levels of risk and fraud type
  • Complete inbound and outbound calls and take appropriate action based on transaction characteristics, varying in complexity
  • Perform back office functions related to research and resolution of fraudulent activity and service support
  • Research and analysis of account activity to asess the level of risk and make decisions which directly impact the customer experience
  • Experience is gained through training and following established procedures and guidelines and research utilizing multiple systems and tools
  • $16-18 depending on experience

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Professional demeanor, demonstrating patience, composure, and client service attitude
  • Inbound call center experience and/or experience with Credit Card Fraud, Online wire fraud and Deposit fraud
  • Experience with handling business customers
  • Knowledge of banking operations
  • Claims experience
  • Able to adapt to changing environment
