Job Description

Your main areas of responsibility will include:

  • Manage Human Resource Service Requests for big box store workers like Target,
  • Answer incoming calls related to all areas of Human Resources and limited to none – all Team Members have this responsibility
  • Other administrative responsibilities as determined by the Lead Manager that could include:
  • Leave of absence 
  • Workers Comp
  • Employee Benefits
  • On-boarding
  • Payroll
  • Employee relations

Reports directly to the Site Manager and will also take direction from members of the Senior Leadership Team.

Job Requirements

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Having a customer service and/or human resources background will help for the role
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience and/or Human Resources 
  • Strong Internal Motivation, assertive personality
  • Outstanding verbal, written, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Assertive personality with strong
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, competitive and dynamic environment
