Job Description

The Minimum You'll Do: 

As a full-time Staff Accountant, your job responsibilities will consist of maintaining the general ledger including payroll and billings, and processing accounts payable and payrolls timely and accurately, managing new employee onboarding, and assist with other office administration needs. You will be expected to possess an optimistic, energetic attitude that will thrive in a rapidly growing environment. You must be able to alter your priorities on a day to day basis and be very detail oriented.

  • Process payables invoicing
  • Process client billings
  • Process semi-monthly payrolls
  • Assist with reconciling the general ledger at month-end
  • Ensure compliance with payroll taxes, filings, etc
  • Assist in new employee onboarding process
  • Assist VP of Finance in tracking compensation and bonus payments and adjustments
  • Assist in HR compliance (EEO reporting, etc)
  • Assist with Office administration needs

Job Requirements

Your Experience & Education:

  • Bachelors degree in accounting or finance
  • 1+ years experience in Accounting
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft programs, including advanced Excel skills
  • Commitment to meet strict deadlines
