We are actively seeking an Account Manager recruiting professional candidate who has excellent communication skills, a positive demeanor, and a strong attention to detail.   • Cultivate business relationships and actively strengthen network of client contacts from Fortune 500 companies
  • Completing the recruitment cycle from posting positions to screening resumes to face-to-face interviews
  • Work closely with Recruiters and clients on candidate skill sets, recruiting process and placements
  • Match candidates to client staffing requirements and manage the hiring and selection process
  • Maintain accounts to ensure that the highest quality of service is delivered
  • Work effectively with customers to identify staffing needs and candidate requirements necessary for success in the role
  • Build and nurture your client relationships to become their staffing professional of choice
  • Manage your recruitment process with a view to contributing to the ongoing improvement of our services while upholding the highest ethical standards

Job Requirements


  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to work with multiple systems, particularly MSP/VMS.
    • Ability to multitask and work in a high volume, fast-paced environment

  • Recruit both internally & for your clients account

  • 2+ years of experience in an account management role.

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills

  • Ability to build long-term, loyal ┬ábusiness relationships

  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills

  • Internally driven, curious, intelligent, adaptable and collaborative

  • Superior team building skills, leadership and management abilities
