Job Description

Your main areas of responsibility will include:

  • Manage Service Requests for big box store customers like Target,
  • Answer incoming calls – all Team Members have this responsibility
  • Other administrative responsibilities as determined by the Director of Service/Parts or other

Reports directly to the Director of Service/Parts and will also take direction from members of the Senior Leadership Team.

Job Requirements

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Having a mechanical background will help for the role
  • 3+ years of customer service experience
  • Strong Internal Motivation, assertive personality
  • Outstanding verbal, written, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Assertive personality with strong
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, competitive and dynamic environment
