The Customer Service Representative will be the first level support for all customers working in a fast-paced call center environment. Professionalism and confidentiality is an absolute must!

Job Requirements

Job Requirements: 

  • Responsible for answering common questions in regards to pay off on loans, copy of statements, payment, insurance on property and escrow
  • Assists customers with questions or issues regarding their accounts received via phone and / or correspondence
  • Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and / or troubleshooting
  • Requires advanced knowledge of the organization, products and / or services
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to research issues or transfer to a research function
  • May be responsible for cross selling or up selling of other financial products
  • There will be a pay differential for bilingual candidates
