Job Description

A large financial institution outside of Dallas, TX is currently hiring for Data Entry Clerk opportunities. We are looking for professional candidates with data entry experience and advanced numerical typing skills. The opportunities are located in fast-paced environments.

Job Summary:

Enters and verifies alphanumeric data from a variety of sources, including paper-based, electronic and phone, into a computer database. Handles complex functions or transactions, including priority accounts or transactions that require error-free work. Can resolve problems related to correct data entry procedures, but may have to refer unusual problems to manager. May code, search, extract and interpret information to determine correct input procedure. May coordinate the workflow of other operators. Usually requires advanced statistical typing skills.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a production driven environment
  • Excellent communication skills with upper level management and team members
  • Previous work history needs to be solid with few gaps in employment
  • Alphanumeric and Numeric typing experience
  • MS Office Suite – Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Professionalism is a must
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality
  • Resource will assist with setting up new projects in GPP & PCM and assist with the conversion of existing PPR projects to GPP
  • Previous experience with of PPRT, GPP, PCM, Program Portal, and Enterprise Change Standards desired
