Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Engage with the business on:

  • Employee relations
  • Talent management and development
  • Accommodation requests
  • Policies and procedures
  • Other programs that support the business in achieving its objectives.
  • Provide direction and counseling on best practices, policies, and regulations to promote employee engagement, ensuring compliance, workforce planning and appropriate handling of HR-related issues

Job Requirements

Other projects or initiatives as assigned Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field

  • Minimum of five years in an HR Specialist role or combination of HR Specialist and Associate.
