HR Specialist / Generalist




Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out administrative work involving the human resources functions and maintaining records
  • Conducting the new hire and on-boarding processes, including preparation and presentation of an offer letter, reviewing client company policies and benefit plans and collection and processing of new hire paperwork
  • Responding to general inquiries regarding payroll, timecards, etc. from employees and leadership at various levels of the client
  • Coordinating, planning, scheduling, and maintaining records for various client human resources projects, meetings and training and development programs
  • Ensuring that programs are being carried out in accordance with the client’s policies and procedures
  • Analyzing and providing advice to supervisors and managers on methods and approaches to resolve client employee work problems
  • Develop and propose improvement to client policies, programs, and procedures to improve the effectiveness of human resources and operations
  • Provide other human resources services as needed

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Solid PC skills, including Microsoft Windows and Office applications
  • Highly motivated self-starter with success in a team setting
  • Administrative writing skills, verbal communication skills, keen sense of organization required for maintaining client employee files
  • Understanding of compensation and wage structure and employee benefits administration

Education

  • 4 Year Degree or 2 year Degree with Experience
