Job Description

  • Manage relationships with clients by partnering to provide staffing solutions
  • Consults with client hiring managers to thoroughly understand the clients’ needs
  • Maintains balance of job orders and qualified candidates
  • Develops a pipeline of candidates to meet clients’ current and future needs
  • Develops creative sourcing strategies and leveraging resources to recruit high caliber candidates through online social networking, job boards, community recruitment, and professional networking
  • Interviews and assesses candidates’ qualifications through a combination of behavioral interviews and competency based evaluations
  • Facilitates interviews between the candidate and client, including candidate preparation and client briefings. Conducts debrief with candidate and client following interviews.
  • Facilitates client specific hiring and on-boarding processes
  • Manages relationships with candidates for current and future career opportunities
  • Schedules all initial and follow up meetings to ensure successful placement of candidates
  • Maintains and updates thorough, accurate, and compliant documentation of all client and candidate communications
  • Conduct quality calls to clients and associates to ensure satisfaction is met on both ends


Job Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1+ years of staffing experience, preferred
  • Previous experience in account management/process management
  • Proven track record of production as a staff recruiter/account manager
  • Position requires strong experience in cross selling, recruiting functions, and client relations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; Outgoing personality with strong organizational and customer service skills
  • High energy, excellent focus, relentless drive, team player
  • Sales-driven with perseverance and have a track record of achieving goals
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure meeting continuing deadlines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
