Job Description:

This candidate will be assisting the Assignment Desk CSR's in coordinating assignment trade activity in the secondary market.  This person must be a team player, interact well with internal business partners. Demonstrate outstanding verbal and written communication skills

  • Exhibits the ability to multi-task, a strong attention to detail, proficiency with numbers and effective organizational skills
  • Responds well to coaching in a cross-functional team environment. Must have flexibility in work hours during peak times
  • Must be adaptable to changing environment and contribute to process improvement initiatives
  • Has a good understanding of loan systems, accounting, and reconciliations; is familiar with loan/credit documentation and products
  • Takes initiative to work through issues
  • Able to perform well in a cross-functional team environment
  • Requires a minimum amount of day-to-day supervision
  • Able to handle detailed instructions under pressure and a relatively high volume of transactions
  • Candidates should be familiar with Commercial Loan Process and understanding how loan systems work 

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills 
  • Accounting experience 
  • Excellent communication skills in dealing with escalations 
  • Excellent organization skills 
  • Ability to work independently 
  • Solid technical skills with Excel (Advanced), SharePoint, Access 
  • ACBS knowledge 
  • Ability to interpret complex credit agreement for terms and conditions 
  • Must have prior Customer Service experience 
  • College degree 
  • Background in Loan Markets & Secondary Loan Trading is preferable 
  • Experience with Loan IQ banking system of record
