Job Description

 Recruiting Coordinator

  • Provides support to HR & recruiters including administrative and compliance support for the recruitment process
  • Duties include, but are not limited to, answering phones, reviewing resumes,  administering assessments, running background checks, assisting with pre-employment verifications, performing data entry of candidate activities, processing hires, generating hiring manager memos and confirmation letters, tracking completion of fingerprinting and I-9 activities, ensuring new hire access to the portals, etc.
  • Responsible for updating candidates on their status regarding all parts of the staffing lifecycle: paperwork, interviews, next steps, etc.
  • Must be able to follow given processes and work in a fast paced environment
  • Daily coordination with Recruiting team regarding job postings, client needs, and candidate standings

Job Requirements


  • Working knowledge of Outlook and standard Microsoft Applications
  • Must be able to manage multiple priorities in an organized fashion and work well under pressure
  • Demonstrated creative problem solving ability
  • Excellent teamwork skills


  • Experience working with applicant tracking system is a plus but not a requirement
  • Prior staffing experience is a plus
  • Experience in a high-volume recruiting enviroment is a plus
