Vault Clerk


A large financial institution in the area is currently hiring for professional and motivated candidates with loan document experience. Looking for candidates that have experience with loan documents and computer proficiency. Great opportunity to “get your foot in the door' at one of the largest financial institutions in the world!


Job Description:

  • Demonstrate knowledge of identifying, indexing and reviewing mortgage documents
  • Have the ability to file up to 200 collateral files/documents of paper per hour, with no more than 2% error ratio
  • Must be adaptable to change quickly and with short notice
  • Sort, scan and file papers with personal information on completed loan documents
  • Hours: 8-5 or 9-6

 


Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Manual position standing for long periods of time
  • Must be able to file numerically up to 10 numbers in huge volumes, filing in numerical order for extended periods of time, pull files and be able to lift up to 25 lbs
  • Must be adaptable to change and change quickly with short notice
  • Outlook Express needed – computer proficiency required
  • Maintain daily production standards
